The Northern California and Nevada Medical Library Group is an organization of individuals interested in and committed to the provision of quality health care information.
We serve everyone who has a need for health-related information, including health care professionals, researchers, teachers, students, administrators, writers, commercial enterprises, policy makers, and the general public. We work in libraries in academic institutions, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and health policy institutes. We also work for publishers, software vendors, insurance companies, and information aggregators. Some of us work independently.
We offer educational and networking opportunities for our members. As a chapter of the Medical Library Association we work together to develop goals and standards of mutual benefit and interest.
Our membership is open to anyone who shares our interests and values.
