Join us for the 2011 Joint Meeting of the Northern California and Nevada Medical Library Group and the Medical Library Group of Southern California and Arizona! The meeting will take place in downtown San Francisco at the Parc 55 Hotel, just steps away from the Powell Street BART station and close to the Union Square and South of Market neighborhoods.

The early registration cost for members (of MLA or any MLA chapter) is $225 for the full 2-day conference or $125 for one day. The last day for early registration is February 18, 2011. After February 18, the member cost will be $275 for the full conference or $175 for one day.

For the first time this year, student members and MLIS students have a unique opportunity to participate in the joint meeting. The first 25 students who register can attend at a reduced cost of $75 for the full meeting ($50 for one day) plus two hours of volunteer time. In addition, all students are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on February 23 at no charge. If you are only attending the reception, we ask that you still register online, so we can recognize and greet you!

Register online through Acteva. Acteva accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you are paying by check, please go to Acteva to select your meeting options and fill in your personal information.  At the final screen, "Review Your Order," print out the webpage and mail it in with your check as follows:

Refunds will only be offered through February 2, 2011, and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Beginning on February 3, no refunds will be available.
